UN Secretary General’s High-level Panel on Global Sustainability

In 2010, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon launched the High-level Panel on Global Sustainability (GSP) that brings together renowned world figures to explore approaches for building a low-carbon, green and resilient economy that can eradicate poverty and ensure a dignified life for all.


Final Report of the UN Secretary General’s High-level Panel on Global Sustainability

The UN GSP launched its final report on 30 January 2012; this report will feed into inter-governmental processes, including preparations for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20), and the annual meetings of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
